Bird Audio Detection Challenge (Bachelor Thesis)
My original topic was machine learning-based classification of the song of horned flycatchers, however, at the request of my research group, I ended up completing another, similar task, with which I tried to make their work easier. I re-implemented and trained the neural network of the winning solution of the 2018 Bird Audio Detection Challenge based on the published article using convolutional neural networks with Mel spectrogram input.
